Victoria will unlock the mysteries of sourdough and walk you through the process from start to finish. Victoria uses a unique method of making sourdough which gives a softer loaf.

The way you work the bread through all the stages of the process will allow you to achieve a perfect crumb structure, beautiful rise, delicious flavour, crisp crust and soft texture, giving you the confidence to reproduce this at home.
