Pasta Making
On this course you will make your own pasta dough using our specialist, freshly-milled flours.
You will make two different sauces along with three different types of pasta for example: tagliatelle, stuffed ravioli and farfalle. Freshly made pasta is healthier for you, tastes better and yet is surprisingly quick and easy to do.
This pasta making workshop teaches you how to make pasta dough, how to shape pasta, and how to make fresh sauces to accompany your pasta for a delicious and nutritious meal. You will make a variety of recipes using fresh seasonal ingredients.
