Victoria Feldman of Canterbury Baking School and Chef Curzio from ManinPasta are collaborating to bring to you a unique Authentic, Italian, week long, culinary experience retreat in the glorious region of Marche in Italy.
Chef Curzio is an Italian Masterchef and has been on hand to assist at the Canterbury Baking School workshops, for the Italian themed pizza and pasta classes.
Vicky Feldman has over 30 years experience in baking and preparing vegetarian and vegan dishes, including working alongside and being taught by an Italian chef.
