Basic Bread
Due to popular demand we are offering a course especially for complete beginners or those who wish to build confidence. This course is perfect as a gentle introduction to our bread making workshops.
You will make a variety of different breads using two different doughs, containing two different heritage grains from our selection. You will also have the opportunity to mill some of these heritage grains in our specialist milling machine.
You will make one dough with oil and one without, giving you the opportunity to experience the difference between these two doughs and working with them and taste.
Our basic breads also incorporate sourdough preferment, which enhances the nutritional value of the bread, and is an ideal way to get the health benefits of sourdough in a shorter time.
