Artisan Specialist Bread
Our artisan specialist bread course is an ideal progression from our basic bread workshop, or for keen home bakers who want to learn more advanced techniques.
You will make a variety of different artisan breads using two different doughs, containing heritage grains from our selection.
You will also have the opportunity to mill some of these heritage grains in our specialist milling machine. Seasonal ingredients and wild herbs will be used according to the time of year.
Our artisan specialist breads also incorporate sourdough preferment, which enhances the nutritional value of the bread, and is an ideal way to get the health benefits of sourdough in a shorter time.
