If you get our Newsletter  (we have published one recently on vegan cooking) or follow us on social media, you probably are aware we are running workshops and have many advertised on our website. We have in place many COVID safety guidelines and are, at present, welcoming 6 bakers at any one time to each workshop, for all our safety this Summer!

Making plant foundation foods from scratch, keeping away from processed food alternatives. Using seasonal produce, help you build,  create and make delicious plant based feasts.

 

 

Simplicity can produce marvellous dishes. Using fresh ingredients, preparing diverse , health balanced plant derived menus and recipes, that won’t take up your time but will deliver exciting, conversation piece food to impress.

We will share ideas and recipes, plan  and create weekly menu plans, promote health and review alternative lifestyle considerations and, also aid in saving the planet, affecting climate change and animal welfare for the better.

Fancy a cross between lasagne and moussaka, using roasted courgettes as pasta layers, green lentils as a mixture, with a delicious white sauce made from ground cashew nuts?

 

How about vegan ice-cream and waffles? It’s not just starters and main meals, mouth-watering desserts are also featured.
